...and then the day came when
the risk to remain tight in a bud
was more painful than the risk it
took to blossom.

ENTRY Program
The ENTRY Program is an orientation and language program for newcomers to Winnipeg. It is funded by the Manitoba Immigrant Integration Program, Manitoba Labour and Immigration.
ENTRY is your first stop when you arrive in Winnipeg. It is a required program for all new immigrants and refugees. We'll provide you with information on all the most important things you need to know when you arrive, and save you lots of time and trouble!
Even if you have family and friends to help you settle in Winnipeg, it's important to attend ENTRY so that you can receive the latest information on programs and services available to you. You will also develop friendships and gain a sense of belonging in your new city!
Newcomers who don't speak English will receive information several times each week in their first language through interpreters.
Expanded Employment Orientation (EEO)
Everyone is welcome to attend our EEO sessions delivered by experts from the community.
